Completing the Year in Love and Gratitude

Karinna: Happy Holidays and warm blessings from Lemuria. I pray that you are enjoying this festive season as we move through the final days of 2025!
Have you ever found yourself in one of those "situations" that you would rather not be in--perhaps a gathering that you'd like to leave but you just can't? I recently experienced this, and I remembered times my mentor Kahu. Fred Sterling was in similar situations and he always looked so calm. I used to wonder, "What is he thinking about?"
Well, for sure, he wasn't thinking, "This is a lousy situation! How can I get out of it?" I know he was having pleasant thoughts and creating another reality in his mind, because he knew that whatever he focused on would be amplified.
Change Your Beliefs, Change Your Reality
In my recent experience, I realized that the only thing I could change at the time was how I was feeling about it, and by thinking differently, I could change how I felt, and thereby, what I was experiencing.
I decided to think about something besides how "awful" it felt, so I thought about how good the food tasted, the beautiful weather and how nice the people were to invite me to the gathering. By thinking different thoughts, I changed how I was feeling, and it shifted what I believed my reality was at the time. I managed to sail through the gathering in a space of love!

When you find a space of loving thoughts, you are consciously creating just by virtue of being centered in Truth, Trust and Passion. Love is your spiritual center. It is the space where everything aligns to the Truth.
To all of you as you finish up this “completion year” of 2025: Be aware of your thoughts and remember that how you think about anything will be what it is. In other words, what you think will manifest in abundance in your world.
So think in love. Think creatively; think openly and understand that any limits that you feel are only there because you believe they are. Use your mind to shift how you feel and you’ll have more and more days that you love.
